Return Policy
Effective Date: February 17, 2026At Bare Foot Athletics, we design small-batch products with intention. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you — within the guidelines below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date (or in-store purchase date, if applicable).
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be free of stains, damage, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- International orders
- Limited-run or small-batch specialty releases
- Custom-printed items (including race, club, crew, or event merchandise)
- Pop-up exclusive merchandise
- Magazine issues (unless damaged upon arrival)
Bundle purchases may be eligible for size exchanges within the same bundle, subject to availability. Bundled items are not eligible for refunds.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us as at support@bare-foot.co.
You will have the option to:
- Exchange for a different size (subject to inventory)
- Receive a refund to your original payment method
- Receive store credit
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, please contact us
within 30 days of delivery at support@bare-foot.co and we will review and resolve the issue as
quickly as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Please note:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Minor variations in fabric or print are not considered defects.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we recommend initiating an exchange as soon as possible to secure availability. Once your exchange is approved, replacement order will be created (subject to inventory) and you will receive tracking information once the replacement ships. If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (if eligible).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If you selected store credit, you will receive a digital credit via email once your return is processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
